Dr. Liliane M. Finke, President and CEO
As a leadership and management development consultant, Dr. Finke offers over two decades of experience in both the public and private sectors and is a seasoned professional with a strong vision and mission; to positively impact the workplace by supporting the development of individuals and teams. Beyond consultancy, Dr. Finke has academic experience as a professor in organizational management and leadership and is a certified DiSC administrator and executive coach. Dr. Finke is also DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) certified in the States of Florida, North Carolina, and Indiana.
